Heritage-compliant reconstruction of a fire-damaged home featuring advanced home automation, sustainable materials, and high-quality finishes.
Complete construction of the new home
The original house had been severely damaged in a fire so the front of the house had to be constructed in accordance with the heritage guidelines. The front window and door were salvaged and carefully replicated.
Works included home automation, concrete slab with zero exposure concrete screed constructed on top which included in-slab hydronic heating. The rear façade is constructed from recycled bricks and recycled timber were used internally for the staircase and feature cladding. Quality fixtures and finishes were used throughout.
