“Sam Petrie and his team of architectural builders have completed two projects for us in the past 3 years on time and on budget through COVID and the usual Council rigamarole. The first - 3 architectural townhouses in Merivale the second an architectural Home build in Akaroa. Sam's craftsman like attention to both the build quality and his attention to detail is first class. Sam worked easily with the project manager, architects, engineers and designers when issues arose needing sorting. All the sub trades commented to me on the build quality and the world class finish. If you're looking for a talented , craftsman builder who brings a special group of equally talented sub trades to complete your project to the highest standard, on time and on budget then we'd recommend Petrie Construction every time.”
