In collaboration with CKDS, this landmark mix use residential development consists of 6 no. residential towers comprising of 350 units over two sites and is referred to as the ‘Gateway’ development leading into Gosford from the old Pacific Highway.

This development involved extensive public domain street improvement works, retail/commercial street activation spaces, podium level common open space areas, and deep soil planting zones for proposed shade amenity tree planting.
