The existing old house on this compact, irregular site was demolished to make way for this new, cleverly designed full-size modern family home with all the creature comforts. Working with the odd shape of the property, Council constraints and a beautiful, existing mature tree that needed to be retained, the resulting home has real street appeal with real impact!
