A classic renovation of a 1970s home, blending mid-century inspiration with modern efficiency, resulting in a spacious and comfortable living environment, completed in 2018 for client Drougas.

This 1970s home went back in time to draw inspiration from mid-century, to then drag it forward into the 21st century. Apart from the cosmetic overhaul inside and out, some subtle, clever internal changes converted what was ... and felt like, a small house, into a comfortable, spacious and efficient home.

Completed: 2018

“Steve from Concept Studio was friendly and insightful in designing our beautiful house extension. With his guidance and practical knowledge he patiently explained how the various systems of our house worked (or failed to work) together to create a beautiful and functional home. We are very satisfied with his professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to dig deeper into the issues and to deliver on time.”
