Docklands- Courtyard banner

A private oasis in the heart of the city.

A low maintenance courtyard garden acts as a luscious green oasis in this modern Docklands apartment. An existing Magnolia tree provides shade to the space but allows light penetration during the darker winter months. Wicking beds were used to provide a space for edible herbs and flowering perennials.

A stunning timber trimmed vertical garden was installed to make best use of the vast views from the dining area. Common indoor plants like Monstera deliciosa and Rhipsalis sp. are stars of this vertical garden and have grown into the space wonderfully since it’s completion in August 2018.
