This existing dwelling of 167sqm was in need of a remodel to make better use of the space, and while we were at it, extended to the north and east to allow for larger living areas, and a master suite, adding 60sqm to the footprint. A large covered deck with stunning exposed truss was also added.

Choice Architecture was born in 2017 after Director, Joe Armitage, discovered the need for a smaller, more personalised Architectural service in Canterbury. Office Manager Lisa McLaughlin, and Architectural Designers Jadyn Cooke and Jason Williamson complete the collaborative team, and together they make it the successful company it is today.
