Jolyon's own family home, Duke Road House is an economically built house with a completely prefabricated steel frame planned on a 4.5 metre grid.
The middle open living dining area is bookended at either ends with bedrooms. One side kids, the other parents with seperate en-suite pod.
Rain water is harvested, solar power and on site waste water treatment system.
It is a spacious yet compact house.
