The Metropolis is an architectural statement in Auckland's CBD. It conjures the significance, style and grandeur of metropolitan Manhattan, Chicago and Washington with elegant apartments enjoying the excitement of inner city-living, surrounded by diverse shops, cafes and bars that heighten the urban village atmosphere.

Very demanding acoustic requirements meant the flooring had to meet rigorous standards, DuracoreSilent® was selected for its minimal 7.5mm buildup and excellent IIC rating without the need for additional underlays and adhesives.
