THE WATER CHALLENGE

Although Eden’s water supply is beautiful natural spring water, as with all unfiltered water supplies, there is always the risk of contamination along the catchment area.

Being a 5 Star health resort Eden wanted its clients to have not only a healthy, chemical-free water supply they also needed to be sure that they had a layer of protection against bacteria in any drinking water.

So the challenge is to ensure safe water without introducing chemicals throughout their many different accommodation units.

THE CUSTOMER

Eden is known for their personalised approach to relaxation and self-care to restore vitality, health and wellbeing and are Australia’s longest-running luxury health retreat.  

Being alcohol and caffeine-free, as well as a non-smoking retreat is what sets them apart. Their simple, restorative approach combined with organic, healthful meals and beautiful surroundings is designed to provide their guests with the best opportunity to step back into the world with a renewed sense of possibility and freedom.

Their lovely accommodation expands throughout their extensive property with only the best facilities with the accommodation water supply being fed by a local natural spring. 

THE SOLUTION

After discussions with Eden’s local Puretec dealer, the solution to this issue was best met with a triple-stage filtration system for clearing out sediment, bad taste & odour and then the fourth stage for ultraviolet sterilisation to ensure the water was completely safe to consume.




ACTION

Elevated cabins were fitted with Puretec Hybrid-G13 units and where installations were to be beside the accommodation a HybridPlus unit was installed. 


HYBRIDPLUS 



The Puretec Hybrid Plus Series are an all-in-one filtration system including pump, 3 stage filtration and finishing with UV sterilisation. This sleek, practical and high-quality system ensure you have pressurised safe and delicious rainwater. 

The patented HybridPlus system is designed to sit neatly against a wall, fence or tank, or can also be freestanding. It features a lockable cabinet with gull-wing style access doors for ease of access for maintenance and also incorporates adjustable feet to ensure a neat and tidy finished installation.

MAINTENANCE 

As with any water purification product, regular maintenance is what keeps these systems performing at their best for years to come. 

With both Hybrid Series systems this process is simple and can be completed in minutes - without tools. 

THE RESULT 

Eden no longer requires signs at its vanities and each cabin/unit now has pure, great-tasting water from every tap.
