BDAI was thrilled to be engaged with this exciting project that offers a destination venue while also servicing the local community as a fully serviced hospitality venue. The venue includes a 350-person function room, a 100-person restaurant, and an 80-room serviced apartment hotel linked via a common courtyard that incorporates a pool as the focal feature.

This destination venue is a vibrant new hub for the local community, and it was valued at $20 million.

About the
Professional

We design and deliver commercially successful environments driven by creativity and collaboration.

BDAI is not your typical architectural practice. We are a full-service architecture and interiors studio that designs and delivers exceptional residential and hospitality experiences. And we do it with personality. From single-dwellings and high-density residential to retail, fuel and hospitality, every project is a finely balanced mix of creativity, character, commerciality and collaboration.

Our mission is to elevate the experience of everyday life in residential and hospitality environments. Since 2005, we’ve been working with Australia’s leading developers and world-class brands to create places people want to spend time and revisit. Places with function and flair to deliver environments that delight people.

Our approach is design to delight and our long-standing relationships are testament to the quality of our work.

At ArchiPro we recognise and acknowledge the existing, original and ancient connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to the lands and waterways across the Australian continent. We pay our respects to the elders past and present. We commit to working together to build a prosperous and inclusive Australia.
