Element Apartments: A modern, sustainable development in Ellerslie featuring 35 apartments, a green lobby roof, and low-maintenance materials, designed by Peddle Thorp and built by Cook Brothers.

Built for the high density housing market in Auckland with sustainability being key, it’s foot print for 35 apartments is smaller than the single level home that previously stood on this site. The development features a ‘living’ green lobby roof, native planting throughout and presents an honest exterior of humble low maintenance, stack bonded, 110 series bricks and precast concrete panels complementing its established residential surroundings. The brick was custom manufactured to match the architects initial renderings. A beautifully crafted stack bonding and well blended job on site by the C F King Contracting team.
