We are pleased with the completed project at Epping Private Hospital’s EPICC, a brand new Day Oncology Centre for Melbourne’s northern region. The new facilities design takes advantage of the existing curved shape of the building, which has allowed the architecture to support patient-centred care. Patients and family are greeted with an open treatment space bathed in natural light and individual views to outside.

The clever angle of the treatment bays provides patient privacy and space for loved ones to be present. Staff are supported with direct lines of sight from the staff station with passive observation without being intrusive, along with the latest technology for patient observation and treatment. The overall natural palette provides a warm and calming environment that instills a sense of safety and well-being for supportive patient care.
