This was an interesting project that commenced as a orange brick, 3 bedroom home that was in very original condition but really needed some love! Through our design process, we discussed the owner's "Wishlist" items, the way they lived and how the existing dwelling was positioned on the site. From here, we developed a plan that took advantage of the unusual shaped site, maximised the potential for more bedrooms, living rooms and connected an outdoor area into the design. It was a pleaseure dealing with these owners as they had clear ideas of they wanted to achieve and we exceptionally happy the result we were able to deliver.

“We used Impact Design to draw the plans for our huge reno. Darren was amazing - he listened to everything we said and went above and beyond what we expected. We’d had a horrible experience with a dodgy draftsman from Blackburn North earlier in the year, so were extra cautious. However, Darren blew us away with his honesty, integrity, professionalism, and timeliness. We’d definitely recommend Impact Design for your next project. You won’t regret it!”
