Lahore’s only vertical forest is in development. Forest V, a project of the 101 Group, is set to become home to 87 exclusive apartments.
Cascading green terraces mimic the idea of living on land yet residing in a vertical apartment building. The play of solid and glazing intrigues the eye and elevates the physical appearance of the building. While developing the facade the structural elements are ingeniously used to act as an aesthetic feature.
This can revolutionize the way apartment living is perceived in Pakistan. Where creating these Gardens can maximise the vistas of the golf course and surrounding areas, it leaves an architectural impact of floating gardens in the sky.Residents will enjoy panoramic views of Downtown Lahore and Lahore Gymkhana, Pakistan’s oldest golf course featuring 85 acres of scenic plush greenery. Along with lavish interiors, the pillarless smart design building will have world-class amenities available around the clock, from a private helipad to hospitality lounges, a swimming pool, and a paddle tennis court.

Our studio specializes in design for behaviour.
We have done so for almost 30 years and in this time we have learned a tremendous amount about how people behave naturally and instinctively within these social environments. We have learned the hard way that in order to design successful venues, we needed to place predictive human behaviour at the heart of what we do. We capture succinctly how most people behave most of the time in order to design spaces for the most joy and ultimately the most success. This assists us in capturing the spirit of place.
