Since 2013, PJM has delivered several projects for Genesis Energy including the Greenlane Corporate Office (2013), Hamilton Bryce Street Call Centre (2018), and most recently the head office relocation to 155 Fanshawe St (2020)

With creativity, innovation, and a ‘uniquely Genesis’ identity being central to the 155 Fanshawe Street project, we had to manage both the relocation and the soft fit-out of the new, flexible working space.
The 3,600m2 space accommodates 270 people, in an open-plan office layout that was a major shift from the common cubicle-based office spaces at the time.

As New Zealand’s largest energy retailer, with around 503,000 customers, a large focus was placed on sustainability. The space also had to be energy-efficient and comply with NABERS(NZ) regulations.

PJM provided Project Management, Client Representative and Risk Management services that saw the project completed both on time and on budget, giving Genesis a proud new space to do business from.

“PJM saw the project through in diligent fashion from start to finish. Our staff are incredibly happy in the new space” - Genesis Energy CEO
