Refurbishment of a historic Queen Anne style house in Hawthorn, featuring a reconfigured master bedroom with En Suite, updated bathrooms, and a contemporary palette of fixtures and finishes.
This project involved the refurbishment of a Queen Anne style house within the historic Grace Park precinct in Hawthorn. Key interventions included the reconfiguration of the master bedroom to incorporate a new En Suite bathroom, and the replacement of the upstairs bathrooms. The clients were also keen to strip out the vestiges of previous interventions, including all fixtures and hardware, which were looking tired and dated. In their place, we devised a sympathetic but contemporary palette of fixtures and finishes which was applied throughout the house.
