Nestled on Gracefield Ave within the heart of Central Christchurch's Four Avenues, these six architecturally crafted townhouses replace a set of single-level flats that were damaged in the 2011 earthquake, spread across two lots. Spanning a 1284 m² site, the aim was to create a series of contemporary, three-bedroom townhouses with double car garages that not only offer a striking street presence but also cater to the demands of modern urban living.
The design prioritizes both aesthetics and functionality, creating cohesive and visually appealing architecture while optimizing space to provide residents with private, functional, and expansive living environments. Emphasizing low-maintenance and easy-care solutions, the development balances practicality with quality, ensuring a seamless urban living experience.
