Design Team: Jann Hurley

Each townhouse features an expansive open plan Kitchen, Dining and Living area, with access to a private living court for each residence and three bedrooms providing flexible options for young families or modern couples who need additional office space, complete with generous storage throughout.

One of the key features of the design is a clearly defined entry space which is considered to give its residents a sense of pride of belonging and while exterior materials are selected to establish a visually integrated community. A number of materials are proposed to achieve this including long run roofing, traditional brick veneer and cedar elements for added character and the creation of settled modern residences.

These properties address a need for high-quality affordable living solutions in the area – further evidence that quality of design and building do not have to be compromised to achieve an outstanding result.
