Build solutions to this renovation and addition project were as complex as they were challenging. Working within strict Heritage Victoria parameters, APC builds focused on constructing a new brick veneer second storey extension while preserving the existing ornate features of the 1890’s Queen Ann home.
Boasting four-metre high angled ceilings, eleven-metre wide door openings, hidden mirrored door passages and beautifully restored ornate plaster works, it is hard to mistake the level of craftsmanship presented throughout this newly purposed family home.
As you journey through the renovation, you transition from expertly restored and ornately detailed rooms arriving at a modern open plan living area with engaging entertaining spaces with family functionality. A full appreciation for the craft and finesse of trade is distinct throughout the build.
