Ziggy's Villas

Located just steps from the beach in Suffolk Park, Ziggy’s Villas explore a refined approach to ‘gentle density’ within a coastal suburban setting. Replacing a single dwelling with two interconnected residences, the project balances privacy, light and openness through layered brick screening, native landscaping and double-height living spaces. A tactile palette of masonry, timber and textured finishes brings warmth and durability to the homes, while carefully framed openings capture natural light, sea breezes and connection to the surrounding landscape. The Tenn Pendant in Blackwood sits comfortably within the project’s rich material palette, adding warmth and softness to the open living spaces.
