The site’s slope and orientation informed a plan that steps gently with the terrain while maintaining strong visual connection to the water. Primary living spaces open toward shaded terraces that extend daily life outdoors. Deep overhangs and carefully positioned glazing temper western exposure while preserving unobstructed sightlines across the lake. Circulation is straightforward and intuitive, supporting both weekend gatherings and quiet periods of retreat. Materials reflect the lakeside setting through a restrained combination of stone, wood, and metal. The home maintains a contemporary presence without competing with the surrounding landscape, offering durability and comfort within a recreational context.
