Iluka Road, Palm Beach

“Following the unsuccessful engagement of another architect, we pitched our project to three architectural practices. Alex Roth was the standout - he could immediately see the potential of our home in terms of the overall layout and we knew the design process would be very much a collaboration between architect and client. Alex designed a visually stunning, timeless home – with his attention to the smallest of details lifting it from good design to outstanding. In particular, Alex had an excellent understanding of how to introduce and use light and materials such as steel, timber and stone to seamlessly blend traditional and contemporary styles. Over the journey, we felt intimately involved in the design process to ensure that it delivered to our needs but with Alex’s experience and skill driving the outcome. The end result far exceeded our expectations.”
