Set alongside the 6th hole of the Jack's Point Golf Course, this exceptional home showcases the timeless appeal of Cluden Grey schist. Chosen for its rich, darker tones, the stone was sourced from the Cluden Quarry and expertly installed by Clearwater Stone in a tight-stack style, creating a refined yet natural finish.
From the outdoor fireplace and landscaping walls to the paving that extends seamlessly into the driveway, every stone feature contributes to the property's striking character. Wānaka Stone worked closely with the stonemason to provide bespoke large-format flagstones to connect outdoor spaces, along with custom cleaved paving stones manufactured thicker than standard for the driveway. This ensured the paving could withstand heavier vehicle loads while maintaining the natural beauty and durability of the schist throughout the project.
