No1 Kaipiho Lane features innovative architectural design inspired by renowned projects, offering cantilevered balconies, private lift access, and advanced construction technologies for a cost-effective and efficient living environment.
No1 Kaipiho is striking – and for good reason. The Concept Design Architect – Karl Majurey Architects was inspired by famed Architect Renzo Piano’s renowned Miami project, Eighty Seven Park & Arquitectonica’s – Regalia also in Miami, where structure is kept internal which allows cantilevered free formed balconies to be designed externally along with creating large apartments with individual lift access on each level (no arrival in lift lobbies) – 11 Private Lifts, car park robotic stacking systems and concrete floor jacking systems (resulting in high ceilings with no beams blocking views) allowing technology to create a more efficient cost effective living environment design solution.
