Courtyard-style country home in Kangaroo Valley, designed for family creativity and ecological sustainability, featuring extensive living areas and stunning views, currently under construction in collaboration with Eclipse Passive House.
This courtyard style, country home is currently being built on stunning acreage for a couple and their extended family.
The Client Brief included an inspiring place for the family to be creative and absorb the peace and quiet. The courtyard concept provides extended Living areas and protection at various times of the day and year; juxtaposing expansive views to Kangaroo Valley.
This bushfire prone and environmentally significant site is to be fully ecologically sustainable and be mostly ‘off grid’.
We are working in collaboration with Eclipse Passive House to achieving a high performing Passive House.
Stage: Currently under Construction
We acknowledge and pay respect to the Wodi Wodi People who are the traditional owners of the land in this area of NSW.
