We have been involved in several building projects over the years, not always with excellent outcomes. A number of builders we approached were reluctant to quote on a house to be built from detailed architectural drawings and in a rural area some distance from a main centre.  From the time we approached Steve and Simone for a quote, we were impressed by their professional approach, which was always coupled with friendliness and frankness.

The whole building team displayed a high level of skill and care with all aspects of the build and Steve combines hands on expertise with very good project management. We were kept fully aware of progress and consulted when issues requiring our input arose.  Steve was always able to come up with options and was prepared to deal with our suggestions. The attention to detail reflected on site was also matched by the administration of the project and we felt always able to raise any issues of concern, which were then dealt with promptly.
