Located at the end of a long driveway this cottage styled house is packed with elegant and enduring style. The mature trees offer shade in the summer months, and during the winter they loose their leaves to allow in light. All year round you are treated to birdsong, from the lovely tui's that enjoy the area.
This homes interior has been lovingly upgraded over time to become the homeowners 'forever home'. Quality fittings and products have been used to create a timeless and sophisticated feeling.
We assisted with the kitchen, ensuite, bathroom renovations as well as advising on the new carpet, fabrics for the dining area, wall finishes (paint and wallpaper) and light fittings.
