The property suffered damage due to a landslip. The slip undermined the front houses foundations and retaining wall. House Lifters was involved initially in making the house safe but then assisted the client in preparing the plans for building consent for the new wall, new piles plus a great big new deck that had a view of the Auckland city skyline. House Lifters also completed a number of other jobs on the house which the client asked us to do. This included a new driveway, some landscaping and painting.
