In the heart of Double Bay stands Australia’s leading chef Neil Perry’s newly completed luxe eatery, Margaret. The project was completed in the freshly constructed Pallas House Building on Leafy Bay Street and depicts a sophisticated neighbourhood restaurant through the constructed smooth lines and earthy tones harmonised with the head chef’s Australian cuisine encompassing Mediterranean and Asian flavours using local fresh produce.

The space was designed by renowned Architects ACME&Co in collaboration with Caon Studio who were able to bring the space together to provide a welcoming environment comprising a gourmet kitchen, Bar, amenities, and indoor and outdoor dining. The repeated curvature of internal ceilings, walls and custom joinery as well as attention to detail highlights the sophisticated and beautiful design which is encased by Australian cedar framed double-story windows.

Calida Projects worked closely with all project parties to ensure the successful and timely handover of this high-end luxury project.
