BDAI was selected from a limited competition to design 22 three bedroom unique townhouses, project valued at $7.5 million.
Each townhouse incorporates spacious open plan living and dual private courtyard areas around a central communal space. The focal water feature utilises recycled stormwater and each townhouse has been designed to incorporate dual outdoor open areas, and to maximise orientation for solar efficiency.
