Carefully considered double glazing takes advantage of the northern sun in the winter months whilst the low-e coating and eaves mitigate summer heat gain. Additionally, cross ventilation and alfresco living are encouraged by a combination of Sliding, Stacker and French Doors.
Protrusion into walkways and outside living areas was a consideration, so high mounted Awning sashes were specified alongside Sliding and Double Hung Windows. All windows and doors are finished in Custom Black powder coat finish for a timeless look.
Furthermore, comfort is enhanced with multiple seals to all windows and doors to assist with excluding draughts and intrusive sound. For applications requiring serious noise reduction, Rylock offers a dedicated acoustic solution.
