Merrylands Twin Homes

For this project, AAD was tasked with designing neighbouring homes for clients who were also close friends. Although the project comprised two separate dwellings, AAD approached the design as if it were for one single property to achieve synergy between the two buildings. Framed by a pair of historically significant Canary Island date palms, the contemporary homes complement each other while maintaining individuality. Carefully tailored to the needs of each family, both light-filled homes include a minimum of four generously sized bedrooms and contain multiple living areas.
