Located in the picturesque village of Metung, this mid-century modern beach house is a stunning retreat that overlooks the beautiful shores of Gippsland Lakes.

True to our vision, the design encompasses what a passive house should be. Utilizing the site and not to disturb the natural terrain is a challenge and inspiration to how the design came to be. The structure is oriented that habitable rooms receive ample lighting yet not direct light. Passive heating is achieved with Basix complied glazing.

Spend a weekend by the Beach House to revitalizes the energy for what is to come.

This allows us to provide holistic designs and advice for clients and builders.
