Milford Asset

In 2024, we delivered a bespoke feature wall at Milford Asset in collaboration with One Frame, integrating a custom fabric finish onto our Dorma Variflex 100U manual operable wall system. Designed to stack neatly into a remote grid, the wall maximises usable floor space while providing flexible division for multiple functions. Completed for Alaska Construction, with architectural design by Wingate, the custom fabric finish creates a visually striking and tactile feature, elevating the interior aesthetic while maintaining excellent acoustic performance and operable wall functionality. This installation demonstrates how operable walls can be both practical and a central design element, transforming functional walls into signature interior features.
