Mills Street

Located a stone's throw away from the Hutt River, the Mills Street development is encompassed by hills and beautiful greenery. Playing with continuity and individuality, the design provides a cohesive site while allowing a sense of singular identity within each dwelling.   The project consists of thirteen two-story townhouse dwellings, offering a contemporary and expressive architectural outcome while maintaining affordably within the current market. Although at a higher density than its surrounding context, the development is designed to ensure it is sympathetic with its neighbouring built context, and positively contributes to the overall character of the area.
