A new house was designed and built with an emphasis on the coastal lifestyle afforded to this location. The contemporary and cohesive use of mixed materials provides a warm and natural feel. The layout of the house takes advantage of the eastern ocean views and northern sunlight filtering into all living areas to each level in the house.
