This 1980s two-level commercial medical/office block in Anzac Street is getting a much-needed facelift to enhance its functionality and aesthetics.

Our skilled team of architects and interior designers have undertaken the mission to modernize this facility, aligning it with contemporary tastes while maintaining its timeless allure. Part of our plan involves retaining the building's signature framed steel windows, a classic touch that pays homage to its rich architectural past.

A significant aspect of the project is the redesign of the main entry lobby. We believe that first impressions matter, and that's why we're investing in a design that bridges the past and present. We are preserving the original timber ceiling features, blending them with contemporary finishes for a unique aesthetic balance.

In our endeavor to make the facility compliant with modern standards, we had to make some strategic decisions. One such challenge involved the existing staircase. Despite not being entirely compliant, we chose to retain it as it is due to existing structural limitation.

Aesthetic enhancements include introducing elegant grey porcelain tiles to the ground floor and black pin baluster fixings - simple yet refined touches that underscore the building's new personality.
