This single storey contemporary house got off to a slow start.....there were a number of design elements the owners wanted to consider but were really struggling to have a cohesive design that was functional and within budget. This is where Impact Design Consultants were engaged to assist with the entire design process through to the point of construction.
We made sure that all design phases were conducted to ensure the owners accommodation needs were met, construction budgets were maintained and the design process enabled a smooth construction phase.
The outcomes of this house have provided a well configured residence with an abundance of natural light and ample living areas for the owners of this home to be able to live an extremely comfortable lifestyle.
