This very small block of land was to be carefully utilized to make most of any space available.
The clients - a young couple used to entertaining friends and family - were lacking indoor and outdoor space for their guests.
The tilted roof with top light windows and bifold doors lets northern light and air inside.
The kitchen opens up to the outdoor bar.
A new bathroom and ensuite was also introduced within the existing front house.
The traditional front facade received a contemporary colour scheme.
