Contemporary 3-bedroom home on Waiheke Island, completed in 2020, featuring an elevated position with stunning views over Oneroa Bay, a low-maintenance design, and a warm material palette that harmonizes with the landscape.
Oneroa Outlook - Waiheke Island
On an elevated site, looking East over Oneroa Bay, is this compact 3-bedroom home.
Maximising site coverage, views and sun this low-maintenance home is connected to the landscape and hill with outdoor living to the East + West and a quintessentially bach-like exterior staircase.
A simple, soft, and warm material palette complements the island setting with the home set well back from the street to be as unassuming as possible.
