Orakei Luxury Masonry.

This epic concrete masonry new build in Orakei won a Gold award at the 2022 Master Builders House of the Year Awards. The four-storey home features seven bathrooms and five bedrooms, and the top floor is an entertainment area with bar and dining. The house was built using the STO plaster system and features Accumen Shapes to form the curves, and Low E double glazing throughout.

The Italian-style home sits on a stunning site that looks out to Rangitoto, with breathtaking water views from every level. Balustrades wrap from the top floor down to the basement, and our clients can choose to take the elevator or walk the stairs between floors.

A cinema and sauna are found in the basement, along with parking and a full home gym. Flooring includes marble, solid oak, and lush carpets, and interiors have been carefully selected using bespoke finishes and furnishings.
