Design

Featuring a suite of solid materials including concrete, handmade bricks from Belgium and bluestone, the design of Otto focused on superior acoustics and impeccable attention to detail. Despite the feasibility saying mckimm could build 22 apartments on the site at 10-12 Well Street, we chose to build only eight, ensuring all apartments remained expansive and without compromise on natural light.

Appealing to discerning buyers wanting the very best in apartment living, all eight apartments catered to the specific needs of a downsizing market and sold in record time, predominately to Bayside locals.

Location

Located on Well Street in Brighton, Otto offered large, high-end and sophisticated apartments in a sought-after location with immediate access to all of Brighton’s best local ammenities.

Situated in one of Brighton’s most sought-after locations, Otto is mere metres from lively Church Street, the beach and Middle Brighton station and only 10 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD.
