This house had watertight issues from unfit cladding and internal decks. We have reclad the entire place and rebuilt the rotten internal decks. The decks have a powder coated balustrade with glass panels. We also modernised the bathroom and kitchen areas. The downstairs has a self-contained flat. “I had a very happy experience that ran smoothly for me. Bevan took care of everything, he was professional at all times and came up with new ideas whilst maintaining a very high standard along with his staff throughout the build.
