The Main Bathroom was not without challenges. There was no natural light and there were difficult angles to work with in this Penthouse apartment. We had to work with the existing foot print for the plumbing and electrical original fixing points. The bodycorp agreed for my clients to install a large rectangular skylight directly above the shower for natural light. This allowed the light to flood in. we have also used halo and strip lighting around the mirrors and shower niche for ambience along with a feature wall light.

We introduced timber paneling for the walls either side of the vanity to create texture and depth along with custom reeding profile for the drawers. All plugs have been integrated inside the drawers for a seamless look. The shower screens were made in fluted glass, giving a sense of privacy.

Our clients fell in love with the Antique white granite stone on one of our sourcing trips and this vanity has a large integrated sink to match.

You get a sense of luxury, with the timber, granite and decorative mouldings used in this ensuite. Creating a contemporary feel with traditional touches was important for this retired couple.
