Parnell Bungalow Transformation

Transforming this dated Parnell bungalow into a light-filled contemporary home in just seven weeks showcases our ability to deliver under pressure. Despite COVID-related supply challenges, we completed a comprehensive renovation including two bathrooms, kitchen, custom joinery, and solid oak flooring throughout. By custom-painting the existing aluminum joinery rather than replacing it, we achieved significant cost savings while completely refreshing the home's appearance.

The result was so impressive it earned a feature in the New Zealand Certified Builders Revere Magazine.

Our client praised the exceptional project management and craftsmanship that brought their vision to life, proving that with the right team, even ambitious renovations can be completed on time and to the highest standard.

We carried the same finish through for a seamless feel. Flooring, paintwork, and lighting all work together to make this space feel restful and refined.

Even the dog knows this is the best spot in the house. This hallway was designed to feel open, warm, and welcoming, tail wags included.

A hallway that actually invites you in. Soft light, warm materials, and a clear line of sight, it’s simple, but that’s the magic.

Transitions should feel effortless. We designed this stairwell to flow naturally, subtle lighting, clean lines, and a finish that ties the whole level together.
