Parnell Bungalow Transformation Transforming this dated Parnell bungalow into a light-filled contemporary home in just seven weeks showcases our ability to deliver under pressure. Despite COVID-related supply challenges, we completed a comprehensive renovation including two bathrooms, kitchen, custom joinery, and solid oak flooring throughout. By custom-painting the existing aluminum joinery rather than replacing it, we achieved significant cost savings while completely refreshing the home's appearance. The result was so impressive it earned a feature in the New Zealand Certified Builders Revere Magazine. Our client praised the exceptional project management and craftsmanship that brought their vision to life, proving that with the right team, even ambitious renovations can be completed on time and to the highest standard.

We didn’t just freshen up the space, we reimagined it. What was once dark and dated now feels light, modern, and full of life.

We were extremely satisfied with Pete and Build Unlimited's project management of our renovation. The project was completed on-time with a challenging short timeline and several challenges. Pete managed the sub-contractors exceptionally and professionally. He was very dedicated to finishing the project to a high standard and worked well with our interior designer and ourselves to bring our villa transformation to life - such a good job that it made the NZCB Revere Magazine. We would highly commend Pete and the team's job for their top management and workmanship of our renovation. Most appreciated." Happy Parnel Clients - Anya and Fer

This one needed speed and strategy. Tight timeline, supply issues, and a vision that couldn’t be compromised, we got creative to make it work.

Kitchen cabinetry got the full treatment. Shaker-style, custom-painted, and paired with flooring that made everything pop.

Working with the interior designer made the difference. Everyone brought their best, client, designer, trades. That’s how we hit the deadline.

Proof that a good bedroom doesn’t need much. Just great light, warm tones, and a layout that makes sense.

This kitchen feels like home now. Light, warm, functional, and a far cry from what it used to be.

Calm, simple, and beautifully done. This bedroom isn’t overdesigned, it’s just the right mix of comfort and style.

We carried the same finish through for a seamless feel. Flooring, paintwork, and lighting all work together to make this space feel restful and refined.

Even the dog knows this is the best spot in the house. This hallway was designed to feel open, warm, and welcoming, tail wags included.

A hallway that actually invites you in. Soft light, warm materials, and a clear line of sight, it’s simple, but that’s the magic.

Transitions should feel effortless. We designed this stairwell to flow naturally, subtle lighting, clean lines, and a finish that ties the whole level together.
