The brief for this job was very simple. The house was getting ready to go to the market and it needed a general tidy up to make it move in ready. Construction Concierge was engaged to organise painting, gardening, general maintenance, new floor coverings and styling of the property for the marketing campaign. To say that our vendors got an outstanding result would be an understatement. Our vendors not only sold the property within 4 days of going to the market but went for $150,000 over asking! This was an amazing result that surpassed even their wildest dreams.
