SAINT JOHNS HILL, NEWBUILD banner

This large architectural home was the first full-scale build we undertook when we began trading in Whanganui in 2020. The client provided us with consented plans and required it to be completed within a tight timeframe.

We swiftly set to work on constructing the 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, which also comprised an office and double garage. The property included some impressive design features, including an atrium, a purpose-built entertainer’s outdoor living space, and cedar cladding.

Executing every architectural detail to a high standard was a top priority, as was completing the build within the timeframe provided. We achieved both – and what a stunning finish!
