Comprehensive deck demolition and rebuild for a historic villa, featuring durable kwila decking and handcrafted accoya balustrades, restoring safety and elegance to the outdoor space.
The original decking that wrapped around this beautiful villa was long overdue for a rebuild. It was in very poor condition and had not been used in 30 years, due to being so unsafe.
Our team demolished the old decking and rebuilt a new substructure, in keeping with the original design. We then installed hard-wearing kwila decking boards with meticulous precision and refined the classic style of the former railings with new, handcrafted accoya balustrades.
The transformation speaks for itself!
