This was their common bathroom so most used in the house. Their vision was crystal clear, and they were determined to achieve a premium outcome with no compromises. The bathroom needed to be elegant, luxurious, and built to last for years to come.

Materials
The materials used in this bathroom renovation were carefully selected to ensure both durability and style. The centrepiece of the bathroom is a stunning 10mm tempered glass 1m x 1.4m frameless sliding shower, complete with a flat shower tray. The floor and full wall tiling have a waterproof layer underneath for added peace of mind. The bathroom features full Aqualine GIB and Technokolla waterproof products, ensuring longevity and protection from moisture.
The feature wall tile, Victoria White Gloss Ripple 65 X 265, is a glazed ceramic wall tile with a rippled gloss finish from Tile Depot, which adds depth and texture to the design. The rippled finish of the tile is especially eye-catching and reflects light beautifully, creating a stunning visual effect that adds to the luxurious feel of the space. The interiors are also painted with Resene Alabaster interior painting which adds warmth.
Overall, the combination of the horizontal floor tiles, vertical subway tiles, and rippled feature wall tile creates a striking and unique design that elevates the bathroom to a new level of luxury.
Bathroom Vanity & Storage
The bathroom’s storage options are designed to optimise space while maintaining a luxurious feel. From Elite bathroomware, the 750mm Lux Wall hung 1 drawer vanity (in Seafog colour) provides ample storage for toiletries and other essentials.
Additionally, a custom-made niche on the bath wet wall and shower area wet wall is perfect for keeping more shampoo and conditioners.
The hand towel rail on the side of the vanity is conveniently placed for easy access after washing hands, and the shelves and display areas offer space for decorative items, further enhancing the bathroom’s ambiance.
Overall outcome
The client was overjoyed with the final outcome of their premium level bathroom renovation. It took 4 weeks to complete. The Gun Metal colour theme of the fittings, including the basin mixer, shower mixer and slider, bath mixer, bath spout, Allprove shower drain, tile edge trim, and pop up waste, added a touch of uniqueness and luxury to the overall design. The tile colour combination and layout were also carefully chosen to complement the fittings and create a cohesive and stylish look.
The unique layout of the bathroom was a standout feature of the renovation, adding a touch of luxury to the overall design. The horizontal floor tiles, combined with the vertical stacking of the subway tiles, created a beautiful contrast that drew the eye and made the space feel elegant and sophisticated. The way the floor tiles were rolled up the wall added to the luxurious feel of the bathroom, giving the impression of a cohesive space that flowed seamlessly from floor to wall.
The warranty on all fittings from the supplier and the workmanship guarantee provided peace of mind for the client. The waterproof 15-year warranty further ensured the longevity of the renovation.
